Welcome to the ACLP Module 3A.
Leadership journey to exercise and enhance leadership skills continues.
In the third module, the participants will learn about sensing to understand the systems from different stakeholders’ perspectives where they learn and practice how to engage key stakeholders in land use planning while practicing their leadership skills.
The participants in each group will delve into their Change Project focusing various sub-topics i.e. Promoting Climate-smart Agriculture, Agroforestry Development, Responsible Agricultural Investment and Public Private Partnership in food, agriculture and forestry sector with gender mainstreaming. Each group will be assigned a topic expert, acting as a mentor, and a coach to guide the process of formulating a Change Project.
ACLP 2021
The ACLP is designed as a contribution to the work of the ASEAN Climate Resilience Network (ASEAN-CRN). This year’s guiding theme is Promoting Climate-Smart Land Use for Implementing Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
The ACLP is being supported by the Climate Smart Land Use in ASEAN (CSLU) project, which receives funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in close cooperation with the ASEAN Secretariat. It is being organised in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Regional Centre for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and will be facilitated by experienced coaches specialised in leadership and change theory.
